NOISE: Extreme noise sensitive area. Noise Ordinace Restriction: Turbojet or fan powered aircraft prohibited from repetitive operations at all times. Noise Ordinance Curfew: Propeller powered aircraft prohibited from repetitive operations (Touch and Go, stop and go, or where aircraft takes off within five minimum after landing) between 0600–1500Z‡ (June 21–September 15) and between 0500–1500Z‡ (September 16–June 20). No takeoff for aircraft exceeding 74 DBA (PER AC36–3) between 0600–1500Z‡, except military, mercy flights and law enforcement aircraft. Runway 16L and Runway 16R no turns before the flood basin, unless directed by tower. Runway 34L and Runway 34R no turns before reaching 1800´ MSL unless directed by tower. No aircraft may arrive or depart the airport whose AC36–3 takeoff noise level equals or exceeds 77 DBA. Jets: Avoid departures and arrivals between 11 pm and 7 am to reduce noise over community. Turbine/jet aircraft operators are requested to use NBAA noise abatement program procedures or comparable procedures of aircraft manufacturer.

When tower closed, aircraft must self announce on frequency 119.3 prior to landing or departing. Runway 16R left traffic when Air traffic control tower closed. All jet aircraft must use full runway length for departure unless otherwise directed by tower. Formation arrivals and departures prohibited except for emergency response aircraft. Taxilane A1 dcmsnd. All pilots are requested to contact Air traffic control tower at checkpoint 1 on Taxilane A2 when taxi out from the NW airfield.
