AIRPORT REMARKS: Unattended. Call 208–547–2600 or 208–221–4494 for service. Day VFR only. Sharply descending terrain near end of Runway 31 and Runway 34. Runway 16 displaced runway threshold 300 foot at night. Numerous obstructions on approach to Runways 13 and 16. Runway 13–31 is very poor, full of old & untreated cracks, grass growing through them, has no markings, and many areas where the top layer of asphalt is flaking off. Runway 16–34 is in rough shape: very poor markgs, untreated cracks, rough & exposed aggregate asphalt. Runway 16 no markgs—paint is all gone. Runway 34 runway numbers are very difficult to see—paint is 90% gone.
