AIRPORT REMARKS: Attended continuously. Deer and birds on and in the vicinity of airport. Tower is authorized to have aircraft line up and wait on Runway 28L at Taxiway P during hours of darkness. The specific runway shall be used only for departures and the intersection must be visible from tower. Aircraft using Taxiway N prohibited to stop on overpass area due to possible emergency evacuation hazard. Terminal taxilanes east of concourses A and B restricted to group 3 aircraft and smaller. Taxiway G intersection at Runway 10L–28R right turn not allowed. Taxiway AA no turn–off onto Taxiway A for aircraft wingspan 171´ or greater except Prior Permission Required 412–472–5630. Pushback clearance required from gates A100 and A101 at Cargo A. Contact GC. Pushback from these gates enters Taxiway N. Terminal apron uncontrolled. Pushback pilot discretion. Do not exit terminal apron at Taxiway C1, C4, V3, V4, D1, W. Contact GC when holding at Taxiway C2, C3, V1, V2, V5, V6, D2, D3. Airport Surface Surveillance Capability (ASSC) in use. Operate transponders with altitude reporting mode and ADS–B (if equipped) enabled on all airport surfaces. Transient aircrew should request bird watch condition from AFRC (Pitt operations) on 252.1 or ANG operations (Steel control) on 311.0. Aircrew will be informed by Steel control or Pitt Operations (as applicable) if current BWC is other than low regardless of BASH phase.
