AIRPORT REMARKS: Unattended. Airport closed to night operations. Ditch 145 foot right of Runway 33. Use only marked runway for ground operations. Safety area rough and soft. Airport located 1 statute mile southwest of park headquarters. No tiedown ropes or chains available. Safety areas adjacent runway closed, stay on paved area only due to extremely soft dirt. Runway 15–33 pavement heaving, extremely rough surface. Potential for damage to aircraft using this runway. Not recommended for aircraft with wheel pants. Runway 15–33 up to 4 inch salt heave around runway cracks. Could damage aircraft with wheel farings or cause a potential to blow out a tire. CA State permit has been suspended until further notice.
