Runway 01–19 north 1000´ CLOSED indefinitely, entire runway surface soft with loose gravel. Runway 01–19 is arc shaped with a magnetic heading of 010º on one end of the runway and a heading of 190º on the other end of the runway. Width changes between 75´–80´ length of runway. Be alert during easterly crosswinds due to strong downdrafts and gusty conditions. Runway soft after hard rain, ruts and loose rocks on surface. Runway 01–19 ruts and 4" diameter loose rocks on soft, surface. 2´x 6´ tall gravel and rock berm along west edge Runway 01–19. Runway 19 approach restricted by village on hillside. Runway 01 approach restricted by abrupt mountain face .21 NM off runway end. Frequent all terrain vehicle traffic on runway. Wind sock approach end of runway 01 missing.
