Ultralight aircraft not authorized except Prior Permission Required—airport manager. Helicopter run on landing not authorized. Runway 15 has unlighted obstructions present in the approach due to 52 foot trees 1960 foot before approach end of runway. Runway 33 multiple unlighted obstructions first 3000´; 250–500´ E and West of centerline. Runway 06 holding bay restricted to aircraft with wingspan of 49´ or less. Runway 15 calm wind runway.
