When KBUR landing Runway 08 use caution for TCAS RA due to aircraft in KVNY Runway 16L/34R traffic pattern (TPA 1802 MSL). Crossbleed starts prohibited in all non–movement areas including the airline terminal ramp. ATC may approve Crossbleed starts on Taxiway A north of Taxiway D, all other request must be coordinated and approved by operations. Hang glider activity between 5 and 10 NM north of airport 6000´ AGL sunrise–sunset. Bird activity north end Runway 15–33 and west end Runway 08–26. Aircraft in traffic pattern (1225´ AGL) at Whiteman Airpark 5 miles NW. Turbulent conditions near airport at times of high winds from north and east.
