Washouts 350 foot from Runway 12 threshold N half of runway has humps and dips with rocks to 4 inches, N 1000 foot grown over with grass to 12 inches, runway not maintained. Runway 12–30 edge and threshold marked by 30" orange cones. Threshold panels broken and faded. No line of sight between ends of runway. Runway 12–30 has several heaves and swales along the full length of runway. Has loose gravel and rocks up to 7 in diameter on the runway surface.
