Recommend land Runway 17, takeoff Runway 35 when wind condition allow. Numerous +60´ trees adjacent to each side of runway. Be alert for sprinklers on runway. Runway 17 900 foot ridge 4000 feet on centerline; 4 foot fence 115 feet on centerline +30–60 foot trees 600 foot on centerline. Runway 35 +110 foot terrain & house at 560 foot, 50 foot left, 90 foot terrain & trees at 450 foot on ctrline; 60 foot trees at 330 foot on ctrline. Additional 100 foot of length available for takeoff on Runway 35 end. Runway 17–35 edges and thresholds marked with white rock boundary markers. Special considerations should be given to density altitude, turbulence and mountain flying proficiency. Terrain caution – 1500 foot ridge at 4000 foot, 400 feet right (North of Runway 17).
